Presentation Schedule - Spring 2006
Presentation Format Presentations should reflect scholarly projects that advance knowledge, application and practice in the health professions disciplines. It may include the generation of new data, but also the generation of new ideas, models, and new application of existing data. It is recommended that presentations last between 20-30 minutes to allow sufficient time for questions and discussion. The primary objective should be educational in nature with emphasis on practical application to a wide variety of attendees. Elements of the presentation should include:
When and Where Symposia will be held on the 2nd Friday of each month during the academic year from 12:00 - 1:00 PM in HPB, Room 1255. You are welcome to bring your lunch. Drinks and dessert will be provided. Who Should Attend? We encourage faculty, staff, students, retirees, and community members to attend these forums, to enhance a better understanding and appreciation of the wide variety of scholarly work within the Herbert H. and Grace A.
